Haunted Ireland (Gill Books) by master storyteller Kieran Fanning and illustrated by Mark Hill presents a spooky story from each of the 32 counties. Join us for this hair-raising event of readings by Kieran, enjoy some live illustration by Mark as he brings some of the characters to life in front of your eyes, and then join in a drawalong for a chance to create your own spooky character!

    Age guideline: 8+ yrs

    Kieran Fanning is a writer and primary school teacher from Navan, Co. Meath. He has a master’s degree in children’s literature and a fascination for legendary Irish tales – the spookier the better! His most recent book, Irish Fairy Tales, Myths and Legends, was published by Scholastic. Mark Hill is a commercial illustrator and visual artist based in Dublin. He has worked on packaging, poster art and book covers, for a variety of clients at home and abroad.
