PROSE & POSE: Poetry Yoga: Landscape of the Body Lani O’Hanlon and Paul Donnelly
Deepen your relationship with the wild, sensual landscape of your body through breath, word, sound, poetry and restorative yoga. Through a series of restorative yoga poses, Paul Donnelly will guide participants into resting intervals of the shapes accompanied by Lani O’Hanlon reading from her poetry collection Landscape of the Body (Dedalus Press). This melting of the holistic and the creative is a blended approach to a deeper meditative practice and should leave us with a sense of stillness, presence and shared experience.
Open to ALL Levels of Yoga – Suitable for 18+
