Students will join author Shelley Corcoran for an exciting reading event, with The Most Irish Person (Currach Books), a children’s book exploring multicultural Ireland. We join Anna and Lucy as they journey across Ireland. We learn how everyone has a talent that makes them the most Irish person in Ireland but who will win! The reading will be followed by a fun flag quiz as well as completing illustrations from the book, with prizes of the book for the winners.

This is a schools event. Expressions of interest should be emailed to info@dublinbookfestival.com

Shelley Corcoran has published in many poetry anthologies and journals and has had her art exhibited worldwide. She has been teaching art photography to children of all ages for the past 13 years and is drawn to all things creative. Writing children’s books is a dream come true for Shelley as she can combine her passion for writing with her love for being immersed in a child’s world. She loves nothing more than visiting schools and events with her book and meeting the children who love to read it.
