Coffee lovers, we’ve got an exclusive speciality coffee event for you! Join us as we launch The Dublin Coffee Guide (The Lilliput Press). Coffee connoisseur Paddy Kirk has travelled the length and breadth of Dublin,visiting the best independent cafés and coffee shops the city has to offer, in search of the perfect brew. Along the way he has met and interviewed dozens of café owners, roasters and coffee lovers, bringing together a definitive picture of Dublin’s thriving café culture. Join us to hear Paddy and industry leaders, including Bailies Coffee Roasters, in conversation, then indulge in a coffee tasting. You’ll be taken through the Irish coffee landscape, and given a unique insight into Dublin’s coffee culture, which inspired the book.
This event takes place in The Long Room at The Fumbally Stables, Dublin 8.
Paddy Kirk has played professional football for the last 7 years, most recently with Bohemians in the League of Ireland. Off the pitch he is also a photographer – working on campaigns for Brown Thomas, Weir & Sons among others – as well as a style, design and culture blogger. In that time, he grew DubStreetCafé, an Instagram page showcasing speciality coffee shops in Dublin & beyond.
