Volunteer With Us at DBF25

The festival has now entered its gilded age celebrating its 20th edition and we are excited to be back in venues all around Dublin City, including a Festival Hub in the stunning IMMA Venues at the Royal Hospital Kilmainham!

We are opening our doors once again to welcome volunteers, book enthusiasts and festival-goers back for a winters delight in the literary and publishing world. Take a leaf out of our book and help celebrate the written, spoken, journeyed and drawn word around the city.

The 20th Dublin Book Festival (5 – 9 November) relies on the dedication and generosity of volunteers supporting our events. We are grateful for the vital support of our many volunteers, without whom the festival would not happen. From ambassadors at our launches and panel discussions to stewarding at our walking tours about the city; from the welcome desk to the creative corner, our volunteers are the spine that holds this festival book together.
