Maureen Gaffney: About Life

In her latest book, leading clinical psychologist Maureen Gaffney draws on years of experience to bring us an eye-opening and inspiring insight into the most important lessons she has learned in life. About Life: Notes on Staying Grounded in Unsettled Times (Sandycove) brings together research, a lifetime of observation and Maureen’s own personal experience to explore the question that matters most in uncertain times: how do we stay resilient, purposeful and fully engaged with life when the world feels increasingly unstable?
